Work Environment

At Future Consumer, our endeavour is to be an agile organization, offering brands, creating new categories, habits and behaviours born out of our obsession with consumer aspirations of today and tomorrow. We are building a culture that allows us to innovate, incubate and accelerate - all at the same time.

We are fusing wisdom gained from decades of experience with the energy and enthusiasm that empowers young decision makers to innovate, take new initiatives and pursue multiplicity.

An Integrated Organization Design allows us to operate with speed and efficiency and operate in multiple categories simultaneously. Future Consumer has both a Zero to One organization and a One to Hundred organization – the Zero to One stage involves creation, bringing ideas to life and the startup thinking, and One to Hundred refers to scaling up these ideas exponentially and realizing the true potential of these ideas.

We engage a diverse team composed of data scientists, designers, new product development scientists and senior FMCG professionals who can help us stand out as a new age FMCG company. It is a team that understands premiumisation, how to build products with a differentiation, create agile supply chains that bring and work with data and consumer insights to become an adaptive and fast growing organization.

Our Organizational Design

At FCL we practice the revolutionary management concept of Holacracy. It enables us to do multiple things at the same time by blending our experience and wisdom with the agility and spirit of a start up.

Hierarchical structures

Holacracy or holistic democracy takes the power traditionally reserved for executives and managers and spreads them across all employees.

  • New Meeting Formats – Action Oriented

  • More autonomy to teams and individuals
